Please read through the information, and if you have any queries, please feel free to contact us via email: hello@jangowears.com

When you place an order via our website, we may collect personal information (name, address, phone number, delivery address and details of the item you have ordered).

We collect the above information in order to do the following:

  • To make sure that the items that you have ordered, will be processed and delivered in a smooth transaction.
  • To understand which products have been selling and which items have been viewed. This is to help us recognise which items we should be looking to restock.

We would never release your information to any third party for the purpose of marketing or communications without your prior consent. You can contact us at any time to ask for the current details that we have for you - and at any point you can ask for these details to be amended or deleted.

We currently only have customers contact information for us of correspondents regarding orders. For example, placing an order/confirmation, confirmation of delivery/delivery update, contacting for out of stock items etc or for any other queries a customer may have.

We may in the future look to send customers an email on the basis of information on deals, products, releases, business information updates etc, however as it currently stands, we do not use email correspondents for this purpose. This may change in the future, however in order to comply with new guidelines, these emails will be in an opt in/opt out capacity.

We do not store your credit card numbers at any time. Purchases via our site are made securely, hence why each time a customer makes a purchase, the information is required to be input at each checkout.

We do our best to protect your data, however the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure - any transmission is at your own risk. We choose our web based payment options based on their security levels.

Once we receive your information, we use our own strict guidelines and procedures to try and prevent any unauthorised access.
